Q: I want something special and unique for my event, do you do custom orders?

Q: When will my order ship?

A: All of my designs are handmade and made to order which means the production time will vary depending on the item and the amount of open orders. A general turn around for jewelry and accessories is two to four weeks, bespoke wedding gowns and apparel can take up to 6-8 months depending on the request. If you need your item sooner, please email designs@alysonnicole.com before ordering to make sure I can fulfill your order in a timely manner.

Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

A: Since all items are handmade and made to order, I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged (not due to shipping), please email me within one week of receipt to discuss: designs@alysonnicole.com.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently my website is only set up to ship within the United States. However, if you are from outside the US please email me at designs@alysonnicole.com and I will send you a private listing for the item you are interested in along with the shipping charges. Please make sure to leave ample time for shipping, it may take anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 month to be delivered. All packages will be subject to customs and we are not able to mark the purchases as “gifts”. All duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer and not Alyson Nicole.
